Create your reality - Manifest and visualise

Imagine that you could create your reality! That you can get what you want! How good would that be? How would it change your life?
The truth is that we all have the power to do this - just look at the choices you have made in your life to date, the decisions you have made and the beliefs you have about yourself... what have you got in your life that you manifested intentionally or un-intentionally or perhaps consciously or unconsciously? Interesting isn't it?
Our thoughts inform our energy and our energy manifests into our experiences. The Law of Attraction at work. I am not a fluff and bubbles type of person or coach however I do believe very strongly about the Law of Attraction. As Wayne Dyer once said -
''You must attach yourself spiritually to what you have placed in your imagination as a future fact, and never allow anyone, anything, any circumstance, no matter how persuasive their case, to alter what you know to be your destiny"
With the Law of Attraction you also attract negativity if that is what your feelings and thoughts are. To allow manifestation you are required to work so that you can recognise these thoughts and change them.
We all have layers of stories, limiting beliefs, fears and blocks that have become our minds make-up. These cannot be changed overnight just by thinking positive thoughts but you can change the make-up.
Follow these 6 steps to help you to start creating your reality right now -
1. Start by paying attention to what you focus on - Clean your thoughts. Challenges and obstacles will arise on this path so learn the habit of building your positive thoughts - replace your negative thoughts with positive ones;
2. If you have negative thoughts and worries try making a list. Write down your worries for 2 weeks - no matter how small or silly your negative thoughts are write them down. Not only will this be a good release mechanism for these thoughts, if you read them at the end of the two weeks I bet many of these worries weren't warranted - proof that worry is a waste of time!;
3. Be clear about what you want - nothing will come to those who just want for want sake, you need to 'feel' your goal or want. Find out WHY you want these what you want... finding out why will help you connect with the feeling that achieving the goal will give you;
4. Make a conscious effort to visualise it - if you want a baby imagine you are holding the baby and what your daily routine will be, if you want to win your golf tournament try and feel what it will be like - who will be congratulating you, what will they say, how will you respond, write the winners speech - Go into detail and make it as clear as possible. Create a vision board (I created mine 6 years ago and all but one has come true... and I'm working on that one!);
5. Give in to it and feel no fear - Surrendering to a higher power will help release any negative energy or self doubt you may have. Accept yourself for who you are and know you will get where you want to be;
6. Patience - I know that's boring but trust me, Rome wasn't built in a day. You know you will have it so stay calm, clear, contemplate your goals, program your thoughts daily and focus on them, relax and trust that you will have everything you want.
